One of the company's projects is the laminated glass project of the Pars Lane Concrete Factory located in Hasarok, Karaj County.
This project was designed, manufactured, and implemented by Sepanta Glass Engineering Team in 1392 (2013-2014) with a spider system of 450 square meters.
The facade design is based on the employer's request (a completely glass facade) with a spider system. The combination of glass and concrete is beautifully placed together, and a beautiful garden in front of the building has turned it into an attractive space to work.
The spider facade is designed with a steel pipe structure. In addition to the facade, a 1500 mm wide and 20 meter long glass floor with 3-layer laminated glass has been designed and implemented.
The facade glasses are double-glazed laminated glasses that reduce energy consumption in the building. Also, the laminated tempered glass increases the safety of the building and the glass will not fall in case of breakage.
Glass floors are produced in 3 layers (or more layers of glass and polycarbonate if necessary). Glass floors have very high compressive strength.
This type of glass is also used in shop windows, jewelry store windows, exchange offices, glass floors, glass stairs, spider facades, frameless facades and curtain wall facades.
